There are a number of events that generate email from our system - for example domain registration, domain renewal / cancellation, or creating a new VPS.
You can edit the templates for these events, so that emails sent to you and to your Sub-Accounts are customised.
Editing an Email Template
In the My Account module click "Email Templates"
Click on the name of the template that you want to edit.
The first text field is the email subject, the second and larger one represents the body of the email. Tags (uppercase text between curly braces) are available and will be replaced with the appropriate value when the email is sent.
A list of available and required tags is below the email body text field.
Click the "Update template" button
Editing Company Information
A footer containing company contact details is appended to a number of automatically generated emails. This information can be altered from the accounts preferences screen.
In the My Account module click "Accounts Preferences"
Alter the "Variables for domain name emails" and the "Settings for domain name emails" fields. Email sent from our system will appear to come from the name "Email from name" with email address "Email from".
Click "Update preferences"
