I've been locked out of my account, what do I do?

Your account will be locked after multiple failed logins for security reasons, but no need to worry, your account will be automatically unlocked after 60 minutes. If you need to unlock your account immediately, please send an email to accounts@sitehost.co.nz or give us a call on +64 9 974 2182.
